Hello! I am a licensed NC and SC mortgage loan officer as well as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist® (CMPS) and a Certified Financial Divorce Specialist® (CFDS).  I have been in the financial industry for close to 20 years and enjoy helping my clients reach their financial goals, whether it is helping them buy their first home or their dream home or helping them “move on” after a major life change, such as a retirement or a divorce. 

I’ve seen many changes in the financial industry over the past 20 years, but nothing like we’ve seen in the past 2 years.  While mortgage rates are at historic lows right now, it is more difficult than it has been in a long time to qualify for a mortgage, especially if you are self-employed, recently divorced or have other “out of the box” circumstances.  My training as both a CMPS® and a CFDS® enables me to assist my clients more thoroughly, to ensure that the mortgage they choose or the equitable distribution they receive is integrated into their overall financial plan. 

The bottom line is that I want to see my clients happy and comfortable in their homes.  So, whether it is helping renters get on the Path2Buy, educating first time home buyers about their financing options,  working with seasoned homeowners that are “moving up” or helping clients “move on” after a major life change, my goal is always the same: to provide the best information and client service possible so that my clients are on the road to meet their long term financial goals.
